Purchase terms

Age and identification

You must be 21 or older to order or receive alcohol. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at pickup. Shipped orders, when available, require an eligible adult recipient and any carrier-required age verification and adult signature. Orders cannot be left unattended.

Order requests and availability

Submitting an order creates a request. An automated email confirms receipt of that request, not acceptance or guaranteed stock. The store must confirm availability and fulfillment. Product photos are representative; contact the store if size, packaging, or vintage is important to your purchase.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Pickup at our Queens store is subject to 8.875% sales tax, rounded to the nearest cent on the merchandise subtotal. Pickup is free, and checkout displays the subtotal, sales tax, and full total. Orders will require online payment before pickup. Credit card, debit card, and PayPal processing is not connected yet, so checkout is not currently accepting payments or new orders. Once enabled, confirmation will be emailed after successful checkout. Do not send payment card information by email.

Pickup and changes

Pickup may be requested up to seven days ahead, between noon and 9 p.m. New York time. Use the private link in your confirmation email to change your date or time before the scheduled pickup. Keep this link private. After the scheduled time, contact the store for assistance. Changes appear in the store’s order record.

Pickup only

Shipping and delivery are disabled. Orders are for collection at 75-17 Parsons Blvd, Fresh Meadows, NY 11366.

Cancellations, problems, and refunds

Contact the store promptly with your order ID to request cancellation or report an incorrect, damaged, or missing item. Do not mail alcohol back without instructions. Resolution depends on the order’s status and applicable law. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Order communications and personal information

We use the name, email, phone number, and order details you provide to process your request, send transactional confirmations, and manage pickup changes. If shipping is enabled, the delivery address and necessary fulfillment details will be shared with the chosen payment or shipping provider as required to complete your order.
